This project consisted of a full interior renovation and reconfiguration of an early learning and childcare facility. Work included comprehensive demolition, new wall framing, insulation, drywall installation, and ceiling grid systems to accommodate an updated floor plan. The scope also covered complete electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm upgrades to meet current code and childcare facility requirements. New lighting, power distribution, washroom plumbing, ventilation, and heating systems were installed throughout the space. Additional work included concrete cutting and repair, floor preparation, installation of new vinyl plank flooring, interior windows, doors, cabinetry, painting, fencing, and exterior concrete improvements. The project was completed with careful coordination to ensure safety, functionality, and durability for a high-use childcare environment.
